Terms of Service

Welcome to Inclusive Hub Maps (https://maps.inclusivehub.ge). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, operated by N(N)LE "Inclusive International Hub" (Registration ID / ს/კ: 405868896), registered in Tbilisi, Georgia.

1. Platform Purpose & Free Non-Commercial Service

Inclusive Hub Maps is a public social initiative designed to map accessible physical infrastructure and facilitate peer-to-peer volunteer accompaniment for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and individuals with reduced mobility.

Free Community Service / No Payments: The platform is 100% free of charge for all users, beneficiaries, and volunteers. We do not process payments, fees, or monetary transactions. Consequently, Refund and Cancellation Policies are Not Applicable (N/A).

2. User Accounts & Data Accuracy

  • Users may register as either a Beneficiary (Requester) or a Volunteer Companion.
  • You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration. Providing fraudulent identities or misleading assistance requests is strictly prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Volunteer Code of Conduct & Safety

  • Respect & Dignity: All interactions between beneficiaries and volunteers must adhere to mutual respect, punctuality, and empathy.
  • Voluntary Accompaniment: Volunteer assistance is provided voluntarily and is strictly non-medical, non-commercial accompaniment.
  • Zero Tolerance: Harassment, discrimination, fraud, submission of false locations, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we review submitted information, while independent accessibility checks take place only where a separate verification status is shown, the platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Inclusive Hub Maps is not liable for indirect damages, venue-specific structural barriers, or individual conduct of users outside the platform's digital scope.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the platform shall be settled amicably or referred to the competent courts of Georgia.

Venue information and verification

Adding or editing a venue is free. Submitted changes are reviewed before publication. A listing or user-submitted photo does not mean that Inclusive Hub has independently verified accessibility. A verification status applies only to the features and method identified in that status; conditions may change after review. Check critical accessibility details with the venue before visiting.

Companion service

A companion request is sent to available volunteers using the meeting details you provide. Sending a request does not guarantee that a volunteer will be available or that the journey will be completed. Agree on the meeting arrangements before setting out. Volunteers provide practical navigation and mobility support within the agreed request; the service is not emergency, medical or professional care. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency service.

Treat volunteers and other users respectfully. Provide accurate meeting information and cancel a request you no longer need. Do not use the service to solicit payment or share another person’s information without permission.
