Yes. Anyone, including a business, may suggest a venue or an edit for free. We review submissions before publication.
How can I find a place that meets my needs?
Search the map by place or location, then narrow the results by city, category and the accessibility features shown in the filters. You can explore places on the map or in the list.
What do the accessibility filters mean?
A filter shows places where that feature is recorded in the venue information. Open a place to review its details and photos. If a feature is essential to your visit, confirm it with the venue before travelling.
Where does the accessibility information come from?
Place information can come from publicly available sources, venue submissions and community contributions. Submitted updates are reviewed. Only a separately marked verification means our team has independently checked the stated features.
Does a venue on the map mean it is verified?
No. A verified status is shown separately and applies only to the conditions actually reviewed. Check important details with the venue before visiting.
How can I correct accessibility information?
Use the venue details or the business request form to send updated information and, when possible, photos of the relevant feature.
Can I add or update a venue with photos?
Yes. Use the free business form to add a venue or propose changes to an existing one. Add a venue photo and, where relevant, photos showing the accessibility features. Our team reviews submissions before they appear on the map.
How do I request a companion?
Open a venue on the map, choose “Request Companion”, and enter the meeting place and time. The request is offered to available volunteers; a match is not guaranteed.
What can a companion help with?
A volunteer can help with navigation and mobility for the agreed request. This is not medical, emergency or professional care. Agree on practical details before the journey.
What if my companion plans change?
Update or cancel your request as soon as possible so the volunteer has accurate information.
