This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data by N(N)LE "Inclusive International Hub" (Registration ID / ს/კ: 405868896) on the Inclusive Hub Maps platform (https://maps.inclusivehub.ge), in compliance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and international privacy standards.
1. Data We Collect & Purpose
We strictly adhere to data minimization. We collect only the data necessary to connect beneficiaries with volunteers and verify accessibility:
- Account Credentials: Full Name, Email, securely hashed passwords (using PHP
password_hash). - Contact (Optional): Phone number (used only for coordinating volunteer assistance).
- Assistance Specifications: Wheelchair dimensions, visual assistance (white cane / guide dog), or specific mobility needs provided voluntarily by beneficiaries.
- Geolocation: Requested temporarily in browser with explicit permission solely to calculate route distance to accessible spots and volunteers. We do not track continuous background location.
2. Protection of Sensitive Data & Masking
